You have successfully completed a thought leadership article for the next issue of the Global Business Quarterly journal, exploring the issues driving globalisation and the accompanying complexities faced by both national and international organisations. You have been asked to prepare and deliver a business case presentation to the client, outlining a framework for a global strategy. Having discussed this in detail with your fellow analysists and your Senior Partner, you agree that the business case will need to include the following.
