Employee $$A$$ files a complaint with her manager. She alleges that she was in the employees$$ lounge

talking with another female employee $($Witness$)$ when Employee $$B$$ came up to her and said $$Where in

Colombia did you get that done?$$ She alleges that Employee $$B$$ touched her butt as he said this.

Employee $$A$$ claims that she does not have a personal relationship with Employee $$B$$ and that she felt

violated. She says that she has never had this type of experience before where someone comes up and

randomly touches her.

Employee $$B$$ was interviewed and claims that he is friends with Employee $$A$$ and her boyfriend and

that they all joke around together all the time. Employee $$B$$ confirms that he made the statement, but

denies that he touched Employee $$A$$s$$ butt.

Witness was interviewed and claims that all the guys are always making comments about Employee

$$A$$s$$ looks and joking with her and she jokes back with them. Witness said she$$s heard that Employee

$$A$$ and Employee $$B$$ are friends and that they$$ve been seen hugging and kissing each other before, but

witness claims that she has never seen this and she does not know what type of relationship Employee

$$A$$ and Employee $$B$$ have.
