Employee A files a complaint with her manager. She alleges that she was in the employees lounge
talking with another female employee (Witness) when Employee B came up to her and said Where in
Colombia did you get that done? She alleges that Employee B touched her butt as he said this.
Employee A claims that she does not have a personal relationship with Employee B and that she felt
violated. She says that she has never had this type of experience before where someone comes up and
randomly touches her.
Employee B was interviewed and claims that he is friends with Employee A and her boyfriend and
that they all joke around together all the time. Employee B confirms that he made the statement, but
denies that he touched Employee As butt.
Witness was interviewed and claims that all the guys are always making comments about Employee
As looks and joking with her and she jokes back with them. Witness said shes heard that Employee
A and Employee B are friends and that theyve been seen hugging and kissing each other before, but
witness claims that she has never seen this and she does not know what type of relationship Employee
A and Employee B have.
