Please analyze the data and find the best multiple regression model to predict the overall satisfaction as a function of other variables (except for Department).

Note:

There are two tabs in the Excel file: the raw data and the variable description. Read the variable description to understand the variables.

You need to control for multi-collinearity during your analysis.

Your task:

1. Run linear regressions with a hierarchical approach using SPSS or the software of your choice, and address potential multi-collinearity concerns. (It is suggested to go with the automatic method in SPSS)

2. Attach your regression results (only report the coefficent tables and the adjusted R-square).
