The data file attached is collected from an employee survey conducted by the HR department of a company. It is designed to understand how employee's satisfactions are influenced by various factors.
Please analyze the data and find the best multiple regression model to predict the overall satisfaction as a function of other variables (except for Department).

There are two tabs in the Excel file: the raw data and the variable description. Read the variable description to understand the variables.
You need to control for multi-collinearity during your analysis.
Your task:
1. Run linear regressions with a hierarchical approach using SPSS or the software of your choice, and address potential multi-collinearity concerns. (It is suggested to go with the automatic method in SPSS)
2. Attach your regression results (only report the coefficent tables and the adjusted R-square).
3. State which model is the best prediction model.
4. Briefly summarize the managerial conclusions (which factors have influences on satisfaction and what management can do accordingly).
