Post 1: Initial Response

Imagine your business is expanding, and you need to hire people for a new location.

• Identify at least three different positions required to make your business run smoothly.
• You should have a minimum of three employees in each position. (For example, you might need three managers, six salespeople, and four office assistants.)

If there are twice as many equally qualified candidates available for each position as are actually needed, in how many different ways can you staff your new branch? Is this an example of a permutation or a combination, and why?
