(a) Identify and explain three (3) major tenets of this project when preparing a business case

(a) Prepare a total project budget within a range of 500,000 to 1,000,000 Ghana Cedis.                              
(b) Given that about 50% of activities have been undertaken on component 1 and 2, determine with the aid of appropriate Table or Chart your cost variances and explain their relevance in project cost tracking.                                                                    
(c) Determine all the remaining costs on component 2 and 3 of the National Youth Employment Project in Tabular form and explain their significance

components are as follows:

Component 1: Community Sensitization, Gathering of Seedlings and Recruitment of Tree Planters

Component 2: Training of Tree Planters and Assignment of Tasks

Component 3: Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting

You are required to use the information provided on the tree planting project to:

(a) Develop a matrix that can monitor the project activities. Limit yourself to one project objective and a minimum of five main activities and indicators;                


(b) Develop a risk management plan to track your project activities;
