Starting with the information in Chapter 8, Ethical Aspects of Technical Risks, create a fault tree of the issues leading to the crashes and subsequent grounding. Use this fault tree as a guideline in supporting your view. Answer the following: In your opinion, did Boeing violate ethical principles in its handling of the 737 Max airplane? Research the topic sufficiently to support your arguments. Expectation is a minimum of three quality references outside your text. Discuss your fault tree in your paper (figure must not take up more than one half a page) to overview your analysis of the issues. Use ethical theories of your choice, but at least two aspects, to present your argument and conclusion. DELIVERABLE: 1. Final Paper At least four pages long, double-spaced, 1 margins, 12- point Times New Roman, Verdana, Arial or similar size font. Include a title page with assignment name, application topic in the title, your name, and date. Do not put your name on the paper itself. Use MLA format for your references.
