The business leaders are worried from the failure of ERP Systems' implementation. That is why they don't go for attempts to implementation. They know and realize the benefits they will get after successful implementation. The benefits include improved efficiency, lower inventory, better planning, and a more modern user experience. However, they are worried about not getting the appropriate training. Additionally, employees may not inform the top management when things are not going well. Similarly, the customer delivery schedules might be disturbed. Among the reasons, the worst was the absence of required resources for implementation.
