The Olde Runners Club has been putting on races for its members for many years.

They have a database of All of the Races that they have organized over the years. This lists the run name, the distance, the route of the run and other information.

Each year, about six races are selected from that list and put into This Years Races

They keep a list of all of their Members.

Members wishing to participate in a particular race in the current year complete a Race Registration for that race (members may register for as many races as they wish to but each member must submit their own race registration for each race)

(this means that prior to each race the club can use the database to prepare a report which lists the details of the race to be run, and the names of the runners who are participating.)
