ERD Instructions:

Draw the ERDs for the following business rules using Draw.io. Copy/paste your diagrams to Word and then convert to .pdf for submission. Identify all entities, attributes, relationships, primary & foreign keys, cardinalities and constraints where appropriate.

Each correctly identified and completed entity (including all attributes, primary key, and foreign key(s)) receives points, and each correct relationship receives points. Primary keys will be bold or underlined, foreign keys in italics ONLY. Show resolved M:N relationships (hint: bridge entity).

Business Rules for Emergency Room (ER):

ER staff treat numerous patients

Each patient has at least one and at most many ER staff assigned

Each patient has attributes like name, gender, age, phone, and address

An ER is associated with many ER staff

ER staff may only work in their specifically assigned ER

ER data (name, address, phone) is kept.
