Eric wants to attend a rock concert that is to be held at a country vineyard. He looks at the ticketing website

and notices that before he can purchase tickets, he needs to click on a box which indicates his acceptance

of the venue's terms and conditions. He clicks on this without bothering to read the terms and conditions

as this would require him to leave the website he was on and go to another site. He did not want to miss

out on the tickets as they are likely to sell out fast. When Eric arrived at the vineyard, he was told that the

concert had been cancelled because of bad weather and that no refunds were being given. This

information had appeared on the terms and conditions website. Eric would not have purchased the tickets

had he been aware that cancellation was possible
