Erik Erikson identified eight stages of psychosocial development. In this activity, you will map out your experience of two (2) stages.

• Introduction: Provide a brief summary of Erikson's theory of development. What does he mean by "conflict" at each stage and how is a conflict successfully resolved according to Erikson's theory?
• Body: refer to the two stages that you have chosen. What did Erikson propose was the conflict at this stage? How did the conflict resolve? Reflect on your personal experience during this stage of development, about your experience with this conflict and how this was successfully resolved to advance you to the next stage of development.
• Conclusion: how can you use your knowledge of Erikson's stages of psychosocial development either personally or professionally in the future.
