Below is a table of the number of each type of resource currently available at the coffee shop: Resource Barista Count 3 Espresso Machine 4 2 50 Toaster Customer Parking Coffee Shop Seats 60 Each car arrives with a group of 1.5 customers on average and each group stays 30 minutes on average. The shop offers only espressos and bagels. 80% of customers order an espresso while 50% order a bagel. Each espresso machine can make an espresso in 3 minutes while a toaster can toast 2 bagels every 3 minutes. A barista can take a customer order every 2 minutes for each group (1.5 customers on average per order). Assume all bagels are toasted and 2 bagels are always toasted at a time. Note: The Toaster and Espresso Machine do NOT require the Barista or any human resource. a. What is the capacity of each resource in customer-arrivals per hour? b.
