ESSAY QUESTION 1: Write memo to Congress about whether or not the grounds of inadmissibility are too harsh or lenient for intending immigrants? Either way, why and what do you propose?

This is separate from the above question: Interestingly, Aggravated Felonies are not part of the grounds of inadmissibility (INA 212), but instead it is found in the section of grounds of removability (INA 237). Instead, Immigration law has required that anyone admitted to the United States be considered a person of good moral character, INA 101(f) defines a person of good moral character. QUESTION 1: Do you believe Congress intended to leave it out of the grounds of inadmissibility? Why or why not?
