Essential Functions and percent of time 100% WSU BSOM OB/Gyn Program Manager The DEI in STEM Program Manager will assist the program leadership in expanding the diversity training program to Southwestern Ohio. The Program Manager will be responsible for scheduling and managing training groups, recruiting participants, collecting data and assisting program leadership to develop the program website and program materials. The Program Manager will work with the grant leadership to establish collaborative relationships with regional partners, manage facilitator training, recruit and manage summer interns, and manage grant finances. Working Conditions This is a grant funded position with continuation dependent on funding. Special contract terms and conditions of employment apply. Administrative support and project leadership activities occurring predominately at Wright State University Department of OB/Gyn with some work at clinical locations. MondayFriday, day shift.
