Established in 1939. ABC-books is a well-known Ghanaian bookshop in Accra, Cape Coast and Kumasi. The shop has operated the same way since its inception; however, sales has been declining since 2000. This has compelled management of ABC-book shop to go online with their activities. Given that Each branch of ABC has a unique branch ID, branch name, address, phone number Each branch stocks a quantity of books from publishers. Each publisher has a name, address, phone number and web address Each publisher publishes hooks from authors. Each book has year, edition, price, title, ISBN and DIO Each book is written by an author Each author has a name, address, title, specialty, date of birth and nationality Management of ABC -books requires the online shop to have distinct customer accounts Each customer account should have user ID and it should be inkod to individual customers Each customer has a name, nation ID, gender, date of birth, email address and phone number Each customer account is linked to a unique cart with a cart number A cart takes a number of books and a cart can have a number of selected items Selected items should have unique a quotation number, number of selected items, payment status Selected items is linked to payment Payment should have unique receipt number, amount paid, outstanding balance, Payment is linked to customer accounts Selected items should be moved to Transit items after payment Transit items should have unique tracking code, current location, date, time and destination Transit items are moved to delivered items.
