Ethical, Legal, and Social Challenges: Ethically we must maintain open honest communication at all levels within the company. Once we have determined our set action plan I will be sharing all the above information with the employees of our company. The most important aspect when looking at the legal side of business for us at this time is to avoid bankruptcy. We must turn the company around by issuing more bonds, controlling our inventory levels and adjusting the pricing of our products. On the social side of business we need to set a path by using all of the above mentioned tasks to improve our standing in our customers' eyes and our employees' eyes to become a competitive company once again. At this time making a global move would be ill advised. Our financial situation could not withstand the expansion at this time. Global expansion can be re-evaluated in approximately five years
