Ethically, no stakeholder should be treated better than others and project managers should respond, spend time, and inform all stakeholders as possible. I'm sure that time and resource limitations require most organizations to prioritize certain stakeholders, but by implementing a culture of ethical behavior among stakeholders organizations can build trust and create a long-term success
