Ethics and Professionalism For each of the following sets of software systems: 1. Pick one of the systems listed. 2. For each system, you must tell a cautionary story about something specific that could go wrong, and hurt people, given a lapse of ethical/professional judgement. Don't cover everything that might go wrong (breadth). Rather, focus on providing convincing details of a single thing that "did" go wrong (depth). Your story should not need words like "if", "might", "should", etc. Describe it as if it actually happened. Give names to the people involved if it helps focus your attention (though without defaming real people).
