Ethics and social responsibility

We could define the ethical concept as the set of rules that define whether a behavior is good or bad. Therefore, what is good for someone is not necessarily good for someone else. This really has to do with the training of the individual you are evaluating. We can agree in many positions, but there will be others in which we do not. The same occurs within an organization where there is a dynamic of diverse thoughts.
