Customer. Does CSR influence what, how, when, where you purchase? How does it vary for different types of products? Are you willing to pay more for CSR aligned goods$/$services$?$ ETC.

Leader. How will you make decisions for your resource allocation in the future? Are you willing to invest resources$/$make decisions you know are good for CSR$,$ but won't deliver the profitability you could attain if you ignored CSR opportunities? ETC.
