Ethics is a highly debated concept in corporate governance. Many companies include ethical (value) statements on their website and some positive stories are reported in their annual reports. Negative or unethical stories are generally picked up and reported in the media which then significantly damages the reputation of the company.

Using a well-known competency framework, and applying it to an organization you are familiar with, critically analyse its strategy to address ethical concerns within corporation. You should include in your analysis things that the company is already doing well and identify areas where improvements are needed
