Eva is a businesswoman. Due to her love for Asian food she started a company called "Purple Jade Ltd" which imports food and supplies it to retail stores. Eva is the sole shareholder and director of the company. Clause 5 of the company's constitution states that Purple Jade is to "operate a food wholesaling business, and generally, any business relating directly or indirectly to a food wholesaling business without limitation or reserve". Jeff is a friend of Eva. He was recently fired from a university teaching job for holding a wine bottle and singing the baby shark song in a shark costume while it was supposed to be class time. The event was widely covered in the main-stream media and social media. Feeling sorry for Jeff, Eva offered him a job as a storage boy in the Auckland warehouse of Purple Jade. His responsibilities are watching the goods as a security guard and showing people around when necessary.

Lucian owns a local Asian food retailer in Auckland. One day Lucian approached Eva and asked if Purple Jade supplies a popular Japanese food named "Mochi". Following Eva's positive answer, Lucian asked to have a look at the goods in Purple Jade's warehouse. Eva gave Jeff's business card to Lucian and told him to contact Jeff for the viewing. Jeff's title on the card is "Storage Manager of Purple Jade, Auckland Branch". Seeing Jeff's full name on the card, Lucian asked Eva "Is that the Baby Shark Jeff?" Eva replied "Yes, but you can trust him like you trust me at the warehouse". Two days later, Lucian visits the warehouse to view the samples and Jeff shows him samples. Lucian was really happy about the goods although he could not resist making a comment that "You are the Baby Shark Jeff, right? What a legend". Feeling embarrassed and wanting to show off, Jeff offers to sell him 500,000 units of the Mochi at a price much lower than market price. Impressed by the low price, Lucian immediately accepts the offer.

Eva is furious when she finds out about the sale. Advise Eva whether Purple Jade needs to supply the 500,000 units of Mochi at the price agreed to by Jeff.
