Scenario Instructions

Brent Starman is an agent that works in a real estate agency. He has recently sold a property to a buyer and as part of the after sales process the buyer was sent a satisfaction questionnaire to complete their purchasing experience.

Today, the buyer satisfaction questionnaire has been returned.

Review the questionnaire and evaluate the vendors satisfaction by answering the following questions.
