Weekly conflicting priorities, so Crusoe is constantly unsure/confused about what they should focus on. Short-term Resolution: Since ISG has a frozen 8-week schedule, Crusoe will also have a frozen 8-week schedule to align with us. This is to help us keep up and start shipping parts rather than pushing out. Long-term Resolution: Crusoe should have a 12-week schedule and should always be working a month ahead of ISG. I will visit Crusoe weekly just to keep an eye on them and make sure that they are truly working on what we asked them to and not deviating from our plan. Engineering is the bottleneck of Crusoe. I. They have hired 2 new engineers and am also looking to get 1 Engineering Manager. Purchasing is the bottleneck of Crusoe. I. They have hired 2 additional buyers and are looking to hire 1 Procurement Manager. They have hired 2 more PMs to relieve GiGi Hartz so that she can entirely focus on ISG
