There are a couple of different elements to this bullet point. i. an evaluation of the whole notion of evidence-based practice. It is quite a broad topic so do not rely on one source - 'what are some of the thoughts behind the concept, what are their points of similarity/difference?'. This might include the premise that evidence should come from a variety of sources and that it should be valid and reliable. Where does this all lead you in terms of your own explanation of the concept? ii. how can evidence-based practice support and inform sound decision-making and judgements, in an HR context? How can evidence-based practice approaches be used in reliable and valid ways to support sound decision-making for HR/people professionals - drawing on the range of people practices and organisational issues?
