You work as a salesperson for a company. Unknowingly, you sold a product that has proven defective to several customers.

3. What is the most appropriate channel and means of communication to work with this situation? Because?

5. Write a document with at least 3 paragraphs with the content that this communication would have, based on the channel and media selected.

Situation 3

You are the owner of a small business and one of your managers is arrested for fraud.
