Evaluation of the Behavior of a Leader

You should evaluate the behavior of a leader with whom you have worked. You can choose to evaluate your current manager at work, a previous manager, or a leader from another organization in which you have participated. Use pseudonyms.

1. What is the style of this leader and how effective is he for the type of work being done?

2. What means does this leader use to motivate his employees and how effective are these methods?

3. How and with what degree of effectiveness does this leader acquire and exercise power and influence in the organization?

4. To what extent is this leader a transformational leader?

At least two to three paragraphs per question.
