Agreed outcome: 15% of the Centre's staff are Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people by end of 2024. 75% of staff are satisfied or very satisfied working at the Centre by end of 2024. To increase knowledge of Centre staff about the Traditional Owners of the local community by end of June 2024. Increase the proportion of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples who report a feeling of cultural safety by 30% December 2023.
