Even the newest of new facilities will eventually age. And with everchanging technology and trends it can be difficult to keep up. Put yourself in the Facility Manager's chair. If you were tased with maintaining an older facility (aged 10 years or more), what would you do to make the facility as modern and as exciting to users as possible. Consider multiple factors: Are you able to keep up with trends, and how? How would you propose to make pricy changes when your fees are not able to increase? Also consider how you might prioritize projects and what that might look like.
