Event planning requires attention to details and the ability to provide attendees with a well-thought-out itinerary so that they can anticipate what is to come. This does not mean, however, that all events must be formal. They can be as simple as inviting someone to a backyard grill or asking someone to meet you at a restaurant. Regardless, the event is both planned and with expectation. For this discussion you will consider event logistics of a personal planned event and the communications required to convey the event to the attendees. Follow and respond to the prompts below. Use 3-5 sentences of explanation to respond to any prompt that is stated in the form of a question. State a planned event of which you personally participated. How many people attended and who planned the event? What were the logistics involved? How were the event plans communicated and how successful was that approach? Would you participate in this planned event again? Why or why not
