EVENTS MANAGEMENT

The event of Mr. and Ms. CMBT Valentines is a event in Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology for the department of College of Management and Business Technology. It will conduct during Valentine's day, next year (Feb. 14, 2025). It is just an university event and the time of event is 4-6 PM.

1. Make a DESCRIPTION and THEME of the Mr. and Ms. CMBT Valentines event. Also provide an EVENT ITINERARY and PROGRANME OF EVENTS.

2. List the RESPONSIBILITIES of the ROLE below: A. Event Organizer B. Event Manager C. Site Manager D. Health and Safety Officer E. Arena/stage Manager F. Steward Coordinator G. Press and PR Coordinator

3. Provide details of the arrangements yoy have made for the following: a. Toilet Facilities b. Waste Disposal c. Noise Management d. Accessibility

4. Make an EMERGENCY PLAN incase of evacuation, fire, power failure, collapse of a temporary structure, medical emergency, fatality, adverse weather conditions, and cancellation prior to or during event.

5. Provide a questionnaire that will use during and after the event to evaluate the event.

6. Please provude pointers to reduce the impact of the event.
