Every directorate would know where they stood to propel not only their directorate to success, but other directorates and the overall organization. Using a project management methodology can create an EPM, to lead each directorate team to success. They would know what is needed of them within the organization and their fellow directorates. This was an example of senior management not applying a vision to what would make their organization successful. To alleviate problems like this an organizations senior management must not only know what's valuable to their organization, but also how to share that vision of value with all staff, stakeholders and project managers
