Every semester La'Jill has some type of group work required. She typically does not like group work because some students don't do what they agree to do or submit poor quality work. La'Jill feels like she always ends up doing most of the work, and she resents it. La'Jill is assigned to a group of five, including two women who both play on the same sports team.
