Every team goes through a five-step evolution. Consider a team you are a part of or have been a part of at work. What stage is the team currently in? Why do you say the team is in this stage? Give specifics examples.
Response: We are currently in the norming stage of team evolution with the team I lead at Petgarden Company. In order to introduce our new range of environmentally friendly pet goods, we had to go through the shaping and storming phases. The team is starting to work over disagreements, recognize one another's abilities, and function as a more cohesive one during the norming stage. As an illustration, consider the distinct roles and duties that our team has set up. At the beginning, there was some miscommunication and inefficiencies due to confusion over who was in charge of what. All of us, nevertheless, know exactly what is expected of us because of our open lines of communication and teamwork, which allowed us to define responsibilities. Another example is the way in which our group has grown to trust and bond. Making better decisions and coming up with more original solutions has been made possible by the ease with which we can now exchange ideas and criticism (Brigden, 2024).
Does the response answer the question if so give examples, if it doesn't how can it be made better.
