This format follows certain pre-set rules of formatting. It is the major style of writing used (Ali et al, 2015). Some of the rules that apply to this format are that the essay that is formatted using this style should be typed, it should have a double spaced lines and typed on a standard size of paper. This paper measures 8.5 inches by 11 inches with also 1-inch from the edge to the margins on all sides. The lettering must be readable written in times New Roman and a font of 12.
