The attorney for Mrs. Phillips wants to introduce two letters: (1) a letter from Mrs. Phillips'a landlord stating that her kitches is not equipped to handle gas appliances and (2) a letter from another merchant stating that Mrs. Phillips bought an electric refrigerator from him a year ago.
(B) Phil Smith has been charged with burglary in Detroit on December 16, 2013. His attorney tries to introduce testimony into evidence that on December 7, 8, 11, 15 and 22, 2013, the defendant was in Florida.
(C) Al Neuman is suing Sam Snow for negligence in operating his motor vehicle. Al's attorney tries to introduce evidence on the fact that Snow currently has pending against him four other automobile negligence cases in other courts.
(D) Jim is on trial for the rape of Sandra.
