• First, consider your hazard analysis. What are your top priority hazards and why?
• How will you address these in your planning and mitigation strategies?
• Next, think about your functional annexes. What do you perceive to be your most significant challenges with these and why?
• How might you overcome deficiencies and determine legal responsibilities with your stakeholders, resources, etc., in these areas of concern?
