I would like for you to map out this process using process mapping conventions in Chapter 4. This exercise will require you to trace the process through from the trigger to the end. You can use the one-on-one method where you talk to people involved in the process individually, or get a group together and use the group interview method (which I know is difficult). The process you decide to analyze might be world class and you don't see any inefficiencies. However, there might be some process flaws that you uncover.
