Please step by step instruction of how to do this, ( including the screen shot of your excel sheet) , I should be able to replicate it on my end, with no problem/s

here it goes.

I have the contact info of about 100s customers.

Now, in another sheet, I have a workoder. I want to type a compony's name ( like advanture works) , and I need eveything else ( name , email address, address) of advanture works company pop up in one big cell. I don't want to pick everything one at a time, it to be filled up automatically, once I enter the the name of the company.

DO not use value look up, as I don't know where "advanture works" is located in the list of 1000s. what is the smartest way to do this ?

Also I want this to be in the following format. so when I type in advanture works, I see the info pop up

like

advanture works , Phone # *** *** ****, Email , ********@yahoo.com, Fax # and so on

this way I know which is whcih, like FAx # and phone number are not mixed up
