Please step by step instruction of how to do this, ( including the screen shot of your excel sheet) , I should be able to replicate it on my end, with no problem/s

here it goes

I have

Rent value ( $200) in cell I5

Supplies ($200) in cell I6

Food( $500) in cell I7

now I want to cpoy paste the individual prices in Cell E3 but instead of putting the values or cell number into the E3 cell I want to type "Rent" in E3 and $100 should pop up in E3.

Note: I have a list of 100 items( Rent , supplies and food are only 3 of them) and I want to type their names and get the values , instead of finding their values or copy and paste each.
