Excel question I have on how to do this on a blank worksheet. If I had a blank worksheet and had 4 team members with the names of Bruce Wayne, Tony Stark, Clark Kent, and Peter Parker, with all fictional made up addresses that you can make up, and a postal address 123 Bat Cave, Gotham City, NY......How would I record a macro and assign it to a button using these directions.... thumbs up will surely be given for the help!

1. In the Macro worksheet, record a macro for each assignment team member that includes the following elements :
   1. At the top of column D, the first team members actual, complete name; no aliases (Bruce Wayne is the name);
   2. One row below the name, the postal (mailing) address of Gotham city;
   3. One row below the address, the first team members email address; it may be fictional!
   4. One row below the email address, todays date (the date of the day on which this workbook is opened next);
   5. Any font, size and color of your choice, as long as its clearly different from the default style of this workbook
   6. All the information should be centered in every cell.
   7. Create a form button for this macro and situate it to the left of the eventual output (the team members information)
   8. REPEAT these steps (1-7) for each team member:
      1. the information for each team member may be stacked in column D or arranged across columns to the right of D. Just make sure that this sheet can be viewed in its entirety in Portrait View; i.e. the last team members macro may not spill over onto a second, horizontal sheet!
      2. The macro buttons should be stacked vertically along the left edge of this sheet.
2. Save the workbook with an extension that reveals that theres a macro in it.
