Executive Summary: Kheira's catering, a new home catering business specializing in north African and middle eastern cuisine, focusing on local ingredients and global healthy spices and flavors. This catering business will use halal ingredients to serve diverse communities in south Windsor and nearby towns. We will be starting by baking and cooking a small and selective number of recipes then we will expand our business as we grow by including more recipes.
