The 2 PLASTIFIG and WOODMODEL ranges are manufactured in 2 separate workshops with their own machinery and manufacturing staff fixed paid monthly. Each of the workshops has an equal number of machines and staff. The analysis of the financial accounts of the SME reveals the following elements for year N : Among the depreciation expenses 20000C relate to pre-operating costs and, among provision expenses 27000C relate to a dispute and the company considers that it's not suitable to incorporate these two elements into cost accounting costs. The company's stockholders' equity amounts to 400000C and their yearly remuneration at 9% can be included in the cost accounting costs. QUESTIONS: 1) Determine the amount of expenses that have to be incorporated into cost accounting 2) Present these expenses, detailing them in 6 columns, so as to show: - The direct variable expenses of PLASTIFIG - The direct fixed expenses of PLASTIFIG - The direct variabie expenses of WOODMODEL - The direct fixed expenses of WOODMODEL - The indirect variable expenses - The indirect fixed expenses You will comment in particular on the items of expenses which are questionnable. 3) Calculate the net income of the cost accounting and that of the financial accounting, then proceed to a checking (reconciliation) by finding the net income of the financial accounting from the net income of cost accounting
