Exercise 1:

The Internal Review Board (IRB) at WVU has created a database to track that faculty members that conduct research have filed their projects with the IRB.

Draw an external enterprise-level data model (no attributes) that shows the database needs to store data regarding researchers and projects. There needs to be at least one researcher on a project. A project can be conducted by multiple researchers. There can be researchers with no project or with multiple projects.

Note: This is purely an example of a question, it has nothing to do regarding HIPAA and is a question asked in a college course.
