The company makes chocolate truftles that are sold in popular embossed tins. The company has two processine departments-Cookine and Molding. In the Cookine Department, the raw ineredients for the truffles are mixed and then cooked in special candy-makine vats. In the Moldine Department, the melted chocolate and other ineredients from the Cookine Department are carefully poured into molds and decorative flourishes are applied by hand. After cooline the truffles are packed for sale. The company uses a process costine system.
