Paid $20,000 for the advertisement published in the newspaper on January 6. Sold inventory costing $20,000 for $70,000 in cash. Received $30,000 cash from a client to sell him goods on January 28. The cost of goods was $10,000 and delivery was made on the agreed upon date. Paid $50,000 for administrative salaries. Purchased office furniture for $20,000, and office equipment for $40,000 and paid the full amount in cash.
