2. Do you agree in his/her perspective about video? why?

".......The way the instructor was able to explain shaping in a simpler way was great and east to grasp. I liked how he used a child walking and helping a children pronounce words as an example. For the instructor to use positive words as well as snacks to reward the child is awesome because it will encourage them to keep going and they'll want to keep learning new tings. If we were to scold a child for getting it wrong it'll make them feel discouraged and make them lose self esteem. Both of these examples explain shaping perfectly."

3. Do you agree in his/her perspective about video? why? ".....I enjoyed this video, I feel that the speaker was able to simplify shaping in a good way. The terms he used made it super easy to understand, this helped me personally gain a simpler perspective on shaping. The first example that they gave was very interesting to me, they showed the instructor using sensual and visual demonstrations to help a child in pronouncing words. The second example used a reward system, showing a child how to walk correctly on the right-hand side of the hallway. The instructor was giving the child a snack while he was following instructions correctly. During the second example we were also able to see that the instructor used a lot of verbal praise, in addition to the snacks. The positive, verbal affirmation works with the reward system to help shape the child. I believe that both of these videos were beneficial to showing us knowledge on the process of shaping. I like that the two examples had two different approaches, this way we are able to see shaping work in different processes."
