Kia Oreo has three children, Kia Ora, Kia Ori and Kia Oru. Kia Oru is his nephew, who has been adopted by Kia Oreo since childhood. Upon Kia Oru's convocation, Kia Oreo promised to give him a Honda Civic as a gift. The agreement was dully written and registered by Kia Oreo. Unfortunately before Kia Oreo executed his promise, he made with an accident and passed away. Kia Oru later claimed the car from Kia Ora and Kia Ori. However Kia Ora and Kia Ori refused to fulfill their father's promise since there was no consideration from Kia Oru. They alleged that the promise was an enforced. Advise Kia Oru.
