Explain how to go about obtaining a true random sample of individual packs.

I am currently working on a data project for prob and stats and I have used 10 packs of Starburst candy. Below is the info and explanation of what I was given.

In this project, you are interested in performing statistics on individual packs of a product. By getting 10 individual packs you are obtaining a sample of all the individual packs that exist. Ideally you should use a sampling method like you learned about in Chapter 1 to obtain your individual packs to ensure that you have a random sample that represents the whole population of individual packs. For convenience we are letting you simply buy a combo pack of the individual packs. However, this combo pack is not really representative of the whole population since it was probably filled at the factory all at once. In your introduction you need to include an explanation as to how you would go about obtaining a true random sample of individual packs. For convenience, you can consider all of the individual packs of your product in the town you live in to be your population.
