After receiving the cheque Hero Alam discovers that Aslam actually does not have any license to buy any 9mm handguns or pistols or to deal in any arms deal.

Following this Mr. Sayeed did get the virus after using the medicine by abiding by the correct guidelines. After recovering from the virus, Mr. Sayeed claims for Tk. 10,00,000. Square limited refused to pay stating that the advertisement was a mere puff.
Advice Mr. Sayeed whether he can pursue a claim or if the law is against him in the above scenario for Tk. 10,00,000 against Square Limited.
